1. What’s the procedure for taking an an Interactive Course (Narrated-Presentation) or an Online Course (Document-Based) through CEDworkforce.com?

2. What is the format of the quiz?
   The quiz consists of multiple-choice questions or a combination of multiple-choice and True/False type questions.
    
3. Is there a time limit to complete the course and quiz?
   You may take as much time as you need to review the course and complete the quiz. However, certain State Licensing Board impose a minimum time requirement to complete the course and quiz. Also note that you can save your quiz answers at any point and resume the quiz at any time.
    
4. What happens if I don’t achieve the passing grade of 70%?
   If you don’t complete the quiz on the first attempt, you may retake it as many times as necessary in order to pass at no additional cost.
    
5. How do I retake the quiz at a later date?
   If you decide to return later, simply log in to your account and retake the quiz for the course in question.
    
6. Can I purchase the same course I took previously?
   Yes, provided that CEDworkforce.com has been approved by your respective Sate Licensing Board to offer the same course during the subsequent license renewal period.

1. What documentation will CEDworkforce.com provide me with as a proof for completing my course?
   As a proof of completing your course, CEDworkforce.com will provide you with a “Certificate of Completion”.
    
2. How do I obtain my “Certificate of Completion”?
   Upon passing the quiz, you may view and print the “Certificate of Completion” instantly in one the following ways:
    
   • By clicking on “Download Certificate” at the bottom of the “Course Results” page
   • By accessing your account at any time and downloading it
   • By downloading it from the email notification sent to you upon successful completion of the quiz
      
3. What infomration is included in the “Certificate of Completion”?
   The Certificate of Completion we provide you includes the following:
    
   • Your name
   • Your trade and license number
   • Course title and number (state-issued course number where applicable)
   • Number of credit hours earned Date of successful completion of the course quiz
   • Name of the Course Provider Name of the sponsoring organization (Workforce Continuing Education & Development, LLC)
    
4. Do I submit the “Certificate of Completion” to my State Licensing Board?
   The only time you need to submit your “Certificate of Completion” to your State Licensing Board is when:
    
   • You are required to do so as part of the license renewal process
   • You are being audited
      
5. Does CEDworkforce.com maintain records of my course activities?
   Yes. It is the policy of CEDworkforce.com to maintain your records indefinitely. However, you are ultimately responsible for tracking and maintaining all your course activity records for all states mandating continuing education requirements. Therefore, we highly recommend that you print the “Certificate of Completion”, prepare a "CE Activity Log" and save both documents for your records.
    
6. Does CEDworkforce.com submit my course activities to my State Licensing Board?
   If your State Licensing Board requires Coninuing Education Providers to report your course activities, then we will report them. Otherwise, you will be required to report your course activities to your State Licensing Board from your end, if required. 1. Do I have to login to browse the CEDengineering.com website?
   No. The only time you need to login is when:
    
   • You decide to purchase a course and take the quiz
   • You need to access your account
      
2. Would I be able to edit my account information?
   Yes. Log in to your account and click on “Edit Profile”.
    
3. What if I forget my password?
   Click on Forgot my Password to retrieve it. If you are still unable to retrieve your password, please contact us at info@cedengineering.com.
    
4. How does CEDengineering.com process my personal information that I provide?
   CEDengineering.com will use your personal information internally as follows:
    
   • To generate your “Certificate of Completion” each time you pass a course quiz and store it in your account
   • To notify you periodically of continuing education updates, latest course releases or promotional programs (optional)
      
5. Does CEDengineering.com share my personal information with third parties?
   CEDengineering.com will only share your personal information with select third parties for the fulfillment of the following services:
    
   • To process your payment with PayPal, our secure payment processing affiliate
   • To provide your state engineering licensing board with pertinent information, if required

1. What payment options does CEDworkforce.com accept?
   CEDworkforce.com accepts payments in one of the following ways:
    
   • By a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover)
   • By PayPal if you have a PayPal account
   • By check or money order payable to Workforce Continuing Education and Development, LLC. and mailed to:

   Note: If you pay by credit card, you can print your “Certificate of Completion” instantly upon passing the quiz. Whereas, if you pay by check, you can print your “Certificate of Completion” after we receive your payment by mail.
    

2. How does CEDworkforce.com secure my online payment?
   CEDworkforce.com uses PayPal and Starfield Technology to process your online credit card payment. PayPal uses the industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) issued by Starfield Technology to encrypt the information you provide us when you subscribe online. PayPal receives this information as a scrambled code, and then decrypts it on their secure servers. Therefore, your credit card information cannot be read in transit as it is secured with PayPal and Starfield Technology.
    
3. What should I do if my online payment did not get processed?
   If your transaction did not go through, please verify that the information you entered is correct, or contact your credit card banking institution. If the problem persists, please contact us at info@workforce.com.
    
4. How do I obtain a receipt for my course payment?
   You may obtain a receipt for your course payment in one of the following ways:
    
   • Download the receipt instantly from the purchase confirmation page upon completing your payment.
   • Download the receipt from the email notification sent to you confirming your successful course purchase.
   • Access your account at any time and download the receipt of course purchase in question.
      
5. What is your refund or exchange policy?
   If you are not satisfied with a course you just purchased within the last 24 hours and you have not taken the quiz, we will exchange the course for an equal value or issue a full refund of the course upon receiving a written request within that 24-hour period.
